AXD 1001
The AXD 1001 diagnostic station was developed to facilitate and expedite fault diagnosis, making the maintenance of actuators in electronic diesel injection systems more efficient.
The AXD 1001 features a 7” touchscreen with intuitive software, allowing for quick system selection and clear visualization of results, with minimum and maximum indicators or even graphs.
Preliminary checks on common rail injectors, injector units, regulators, and sensors used in diesel vehicles speed up diagnosis and avoid further adjustments after bench testing, improving the efficiency and quality of repairs.
The AXD 1001 diagnostic station performs the following measurements: Injector and unit engagement, insulation, inductance, resistance, capacitance, response time (beep), sealing, pulser, analog power supply simulator, AHE (CR injector valve stroke), and sensor testing.
It allows the reading of QR codes for printing reports containing all the results obtained.
When purchasing any Axtor equipment, a set of parts and components called a checklist is provided with the purchase. These components are used in tests and measurements.
